1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Use govern your use of CraftedPM, operated by Teniola Ajiferuke trading as CraftedPM, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@craftedpm.co.uk. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. What CraftedPM is

CraftedPM is an online simulation platform for practising project management skills through AI-powered project scenarios. It includes PM workspaces, AI personas, scoring systems, and a verified portfolio. It is an educational tool and not a substitute for professional qualifications.

3. Beta testing

4. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and verify it before accessing the platform. You must be at least 16 years old.

You are responsible for:

• ✦Notifying us of any compromise

One account per person only.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• ✦Hack or scrape the platform

• ✦Game the scoring system
• ✦Harass or impersonate others
• ✦Upload malicious code
• ✦Damage our reputation

• ✦Use AI personas to generate harmful content

Academic and professional integrity

Attempting to manipulate scores or misrepresent CraftedPM credentials to employers is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.

6. AI-generated content

AI content may not always be accurate. Use your own judgement when applying AI feedback. We do not guarantee the quality of AI responses. You are responsible for messages you send to AI personas.

7. Your content

Content you create belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it within the platform. We do not share your project content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our content and intellectual property

Everything else on CraftedPM belongs to us, including:

• ✦Platform design and code
• ✦All 30 project scenarios
• ✦The AI persona system
• ✦Scoring methodology
• ✦The verified portfolio badge system

You may not copy or reproduce our content without written permission. See our Intellectual Property Policy for full details.

9. Portfolio and public profiles

You are responsible for the accuracy of your public portfolio. By sharing your portfolio you confirm the scores represent your own genuine performance.

10. Availability and changes

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the platform offline, change features, or update these terms at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

CraftedPM is provided as is. We are not liable for:

• ✦Any indirect losses

During beta our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
