3. What users own
You retain ownership of original content you create:

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display this content to provide the service. This licence ends when you delete your account.
4. AI-generated content
Under current UK law, AI-generated content has uncertain copyright status. We do not claim copyright in individual AI responses. You may share your AI debrief and portfolio scores as evidence of your performance.
5. The verified portfolio badge
The CraftedPM Verified Portfolio Badge is our credential. You must not alter, falsify, or misrepresent scores. Misrepresenting credentials to employers may constitute fraud. Recruiters can verify credentials at craftedpm.co.uk/verify.
6. Permitted use
You may:
- ✦Share your portfolio link
- ✦Screenshot and share your badge on LinkedIn
- ✦Reference CraftedPM in your CV
- ✦Discuss your experience in interviews
You may not:
- ✦Copy scenario content
- ✦Use CraftedPM branding without permission
- ✦Create a competing product based on our methodology
- ✦Scrape platform content
- ✦Reverse engineer any part of the platform
7. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on CraftedPM infringes your copyright, please send the following to hello@craftedpm.co.uk:

- 2.Identification of the copyrighted work
- 3.Location of the infringing content
- 4.A statement of good faith belief
- 5.A statement of accuracy
- 6.Your signature
We respond within 14 working days.
8. Repeat infringers
Users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others will have their accounts terminated.
9. Trade marks
CraftedPM is a trading name of Teniola Ajiferuke. All other trade marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Changes
We will notify you of significant changes by email and update the date above.
